Hey, I’m Crystal
I help coaches learn how to sell their offers in a way that feels aligned, ethical, and deeply client-centered.
After leading and reviewing thousands of discovery and enrollment conversations inside high-ticket coaching companies, I saw the same pattern again and again:
Coaches were gifted at helping people—but uncomfortable asking people to invest.
They could create transformation, but they struggled to communicate the value of that transformation clearly.
So I developed my own approach to sales: one that blends coaching skills, psychology, nervous system awareness, and authentic leadership.
My work is rooted in two proprietary frameworks: the WELLS Method for discovery calls and the ARM Framework for objection handling. Together, they help coaches lead sales conversations with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
And also, I’m also a mom of three, dog lover, chicken wrangler, former dance teacher, self-help book junkie, and someone who believes business gets a whole lot better when we stop trying to become someone else in order to succeed.
